How do I cancel my subscription?
Open Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone, find Echo Pro, and tap Cancel.
Why does the AI message sound generic?
The message is generated from your profile (name, role, company) plus the event name. Make sure these are filled in under Settings → Your Profile and Event for the best results. You can also tap Regenerate on any contact to draft a new version.
Can I edit a contact after saving?
Yes — open the contact, tap any field to edit, or tap Regenerate to redraft the AI message. Changes save automatically.
Does Echo work without an internet connection?
OCR runs on-device and works offline. The AI message generation requires internet — when offline, Echo uses a smart template based on your profile and the parsed contact info.
How do I save a contact to my iOS Contacts?
Tap any contact from the home list, then tap Save to iOS Contacts in the actions section. The follow-up message and event name are added to the Contact's Notes field.
I scanned a card but the details are wrong.
Tap the contact to open it, then tap any field to fix it. Your edits are saved immediately. If OCR consistently fails on a particular layout, email us a photo at support@lumarion.co — we use these to improve accuracy.
How do I delete my account?
Settings → Account → Delete Account. This removes your profile, all scanned cards, and resets the app. Subscriptions are managed separately by Apple — cancel via Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Is my data private?
Cards are stored locally on your device. Card images and parsed text are sent to Google Gemini only to draft the follow-up message — we don't store these requests on our servers. Read the full Privacy Policy.
